How far will they drop in rankings? Any clue? I say at least 15. Just a guess.

I say they drop out of the top 25.

Out of the top 25... for now. It will be interesting... very interesting how they respond to this loss. I rememer the Illinois team of 1983 that lost their opener to Missouri and then rolled off 10 straight wins to be the first Big Ten team to defeat every other team in the conference in the same season.

Of course, there is a difference in loosing to Missouri.

I saw the first half of the Oregon-Michigan mismatchup today... After today's first half, I really do not think last week's game can be called the greatest upset in the history of college football... further, as I wrote in a different thread, it seems the time has come to end pre-season polls and start the polling process in the sixth week of the season. We really need to save the pundants/sport writers from themselves. BTW, How many times has pre-season favorite actually won? Perhaps the better questions is how many times has the pre-season top ten remotely resembled the top ten at the end of the season?

I think a lot of people may be rethinking their "greatest upset ever call" as mentioned above. Any hope App State had in getting Top 25 votes this week after the AP made them eligible may have seen that evaporate as Meechigan continues to stink up the Big House.
