Does PSA/DNA ever offer coupons or specials like regular PSA?

Does PSA/DNA ever offer coupons or have any grading specials like PSA does??? The regular prices are quite high for stuff I have, but I would submit some things if they offered some good specials. I've searched the web and can't find any discounts, am I missing something or do they just not discount PSA/DNA authentication fees?
