OC Cards in Wax, Cello or Rack Boxes

Trying to get a feel for the % of off center cards in either rack, wax or cello boxes. Particularly early to mid seventies baseball boxes. I really have no experience with this, but just remembering my adolescent years and opening packs, my guess would be around 70% of the cards would be offcenter (according to PSA standards for not receiving the qualifier). Interested in hearing your opinions. Thanks!

usually they are all o/c or all centered, tough to tell unless you se the cards in the packs

    Very true.

Hitting a nicely centered, clean box is a real treat.

There are some junk boxes out there as well.

    A real crapshoot.

Ok, then by that rationale, cello or rack boxes should give some hints to the overall "quality" of the cards in the box?

That's what I would think as well.
