Thoughts on this 1909-S Lincoln

Does anyone else think this looks wrong or is it just me. The hair looks wrong to me but could just be the lighting.

Hard to tell from the picture but it does look like it could be cleaned and retoned.

I would not have any concerns regarding the hair...it looks ok to me.

I bought a raw Lincoln from this seller and it was 2 points overgraded...It was a 1934 so I didn't get hurt that bad. Buying raw is always a crapshoot whether it be this seller or another.

Also, a 1909-s is a semi-key that would be worth the slabbing fees even at an AU grade.
