I would not have any concerns regarding the hair...it looks ok to me.
I bought a raw Lincoln from this seller and it was 2 points overgraded...It was a 1934 so I didn't get hurt that bad. Buying raw is always a crapshoot whether it be this seller or another.
Also, a 1909-s is a semi-key that would be worth the slabbing fees even at an AU grade.
