Anyone dealt with allcardzncomix on ebay? Another headache!

I made a purchase on 8/16/07 from allcardzncomix on ebay for a GAI pack of cards. I haven't received them and it's been over two weeks. The seller's name is different on paypal then ebay so that was the first red flag. Secondly, they are no longer a registered user on baybay. The is my first issue ever on baybay and I guess that's due to the crowd I buy from. However, I do buy from new sellers once and a while and this hurts. I only lost $27.05 but it's the point. I filed a claim with paypal so I should be credited with $0.02 by early January.

yeah i just open a dispute,then lose it 5 minutes lol, then escalate it,then paypal will give ya the $ back ,most of the times anyways,i got hit with a few chargebacks,still havnt figured out what they are yet but i think it sucks, one wasnt even my item but still got charged 10.00 for it lol-peckerheads!
