1969 O-Pee-Chee Hockey Stamps - Did PSA stop grading them?

Does anyone know if PSA stopped grading 1969 OPC Stamps (Hockey), as well as other stamps?

There was a post this past week on the vintage hockey board from someone who just got one back from PSA, so I believe they are still grading them.
