What is the value of a mint-sewn bag of 1963 Canadian Nickels?

Un-opened bag from the mint - 1963 nickels. What would they be worth? $300 face.

Wild guess... at least a grand, U.S. dollars.

I'll bet you'll have a hard time getting much of a numismatic premium. You may be able
to get a good metallic premium though since they're pure nickel. '63 to '65 nickels are
    extremely common.

There is 12.5c worth of nickel in each 1963 Can. 5c.

A nice site to see the metal value of Canadian and US coins.

I understand Canadian dealers are paying 10 cent each for all pre 1981 nickels.
