Some bidders just give me headaches

Got a buyer who won an item Sunday, paid Tuesday and has emailed me 5 times wondering why he has not recieved it yet. this over a 4.00 card. Why is it always the small purchases who do this?

    Better get your transporter fixed.

I don't know why those buyers of cheap stuff always expect to get their stuff overnight, but it is a phenomenon of eBay that deserves some study.

I always forget about what I've ordered. I'll go back a month later and realize I was supposed to receive an item, but it always gets resolved.

Look, if you can't get the item there same day, you really hav e no business selling on ebay.
  • I don't understand it either but it always seem to be the buyers of the cheap items.

I told one once that my teleporter is not working and I had to ship regular mail.

I can't answer your question, but this is exactly why I seldom sell stuff like this. To big a headache

what if it's a young, enthusiastic newbie collector?

don't beat him down, he may only e-mail you 3 or 4 times next purchase
  • I normally sell stuff less than 10.00 through my store and usually pay my monthly Ebay bill of over 200 with these cards, but about 1 out of 10 ends up being a real headache.

Tell the jackass he should have bought it at the local card shop where he could have paid double or triple the price.

that still doesn't answer why I haven't received my card yet!!!!!!!
  • Local card shop?? You mean they still exist?

I went in to ours the other day looking to buy an A&G box. He had 8 boxes but wanted 245.00 a box and 12 a pack. I left them and drove 60 miles to Longview and paid 120 a box.
  • Leiascards, I wish you could tell me their eBay ID. I would block them permanently from my auctions.

They are always my late/slow payers, also - emailing 3 times with excuses on "not getting paid until next Friday", etc.

I want to tell them that if they don't have seven bucks to their name, they need to stop collecting cards and learn how money works...

I had some idiot buy a card for 99 cents, take THREE WEEKS to pay (By Paypal no less) and then two days after he sends payment, sends me an email saying that he was going to report me to ebay. I emailed him and told him I generally send card in the same amount of time it takes for a buyer to pay and to contact me again in three weeks
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
