Could any of you give me an idea of what this would grade and is it worth sending in to PSA.

It's so hard to get opc anything in a 9, even with qualifiers, so I would agree with 8oc

This would be a straight 7 or 8 depending on the L to R centering measurement. It would not be an 8oc because in order to receive this grade it would have to have a 6 centering somewhere. Just top to bottom centering looks like it would make a 9 IMHO.
