question about submissions

I submitted 4 cards for super express service for 55.00 per card

I see where the cards were recieved monday morning at around 8am

my question is that when I check tonight still no grades.

I guess IF they get done tommorrow that is four days they will have them.

Does PSA just decide when they will enter packages etc?

I see where tonight they say they were entered on the 28th(tuesday).

I was just curious how their guarantee works. To me it seems kinda like a ripoff to have a guarantee and then decide when to enter the cards.

How does it work?

    Did you write the service level on the outside on the box....on all 4 sides?

    yes I did- the PO even highlighted the words for me in yellow marker

    Time they "recieved" them to the time they are logged in is 2 seperate things. I bet DC will show as delivered as soon as they are placed in their PO box. It might not be til later in the day before they are picked up and then you cannot count on it being processed until the next day. The guarantee is from the time they are logged into PSA.
