Has pcgs just graded the first MS-69 Walker

I was looking over one of my retired Walker sets which had a 1941-P MS-68 in it. Pop has been 12/0 for awhile, but is now 12/1, meaning there is now a MS-69 Walker. Please correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is the first Walker circulation strike to be graded at that level.

it would be the first....now they have to add another column to their pop reports...

It's probably a proof that was given the ms designation by accident.

even if a proof, it would only be like the 2nd one.
