Re-Submission Worthy?

I'm an amateur at card grading, but I've looked at other PSA-graded Ozzie Smith rookies on eBay, and it seems to me that this particular card deserves better than an 8OC designation (the equivalent of a 6). In your opinion, was this original grade reasonable, or would it likely change if I cracked and re-submitted?

it's nice but the top to bottom centering is off.

IMHO that was a generous 8 OC. It's almost miscut, there is a slight tilt and the corners are questionable.

Looks like would get a straight 7 if cracked.

same thing hapened to me on ozzies rookie i got a 9oc because of it,i dindt want to put np qualifiers on em,didnt really want to see it busted down to a 7 or 8, so ill just have to live with it,same thing with boggs/sandberg/and gywnn rookies,all years of bad off centereing!

With the centering, I would give it a straight 6 if you asked for NQ's

Using an elecrtronic ruler I come up with 72/28 centering...could go either way on a 6 to 7 but with the strong corners I would bet you would get the nod for a straight 7...good luck.
