that is i high graded pattern but 12,500.00 is full retail price. and highly over priced. the seller is new and maybe point out the driffrence between retail value guide and auction value. in my opinion the coin would be valued around 8500.00 very big diffrents
only thing it has going for it is the rarety of the pattern. but up to you
