Does anyone know about the 1982 Mexico 50 peso double die? I can't find any information or pictures about it and I think I may have acquired one. I don't have any knowledge about double dies or double strikes or double anything. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

I'm not seeing anything that screams doubled die, like split serifs. But sometimes the diagnostics for a variety are minuscule and I'm not familiar with the markers for that particular one.

Although I've seen several later date (1980's) Mexican doubled dies (there's a couple of $500 dd's that are fairly clear, plus a 10 centavos and 20 centavos so obvious you could almost close your eyes feel them with your fingertips), there are also a lot of coins out there struck from extermely overworked dies. Sometimes, the products of those dies resemble doubled dies.
