Way to find card checklist for a vintage player?

Hi,

Needed some help/advice and I know how many knowledgeable resources we have on this board so figured I would give it a shot. My great uncle, Russ Wrightstone, played for the Phillies for 8.5 seasons from 1920-1928. In 1928, he was traded to the New York Giants for Art Jahn where he played his final year. I am trying to figure out if he was featured in any of the multitude of regional/food/etc. sets produced during those years. The only card that I currently know of is a 1991 Conlon reprint card that shows him with the New York Giants. A few facts about my great uncle:

- He hit for the cycle on June 10, 1926.
- Batted over .300 in 5 seasons.
- Played with Casey Stengel, Mel Ott, Carl Hubbell, Ed Roush, and Bill Terry among others.
- Was on the HR leaderboard in 1925 with 14 homeruns.

I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
  • Akbar,

Wow, that was fast! Thanks a lot for the checklist. I figured that someone here had a good source. Now to figure out which one of those (if any) I might be able to track down. Thanks again!
