you spent a lot of money on a very low feedback seller. Personally I would have steered clear. Sorry that you got hosed. Account created in Feb 07, no feedback until July.

No, that wasn't me. I just cut and pasted that feedback...
I too am sorry this happened to you. My question is though, why would anyone bid on that guys auction? Looking at all that negative feedback? Every single entry has someone claiming they got ripped off for a decent amount of money, every one!
say s 'in biz more than 20+ years lol-looks like he couldnt make it on ebay for 7 months, this is what you make people suck n matter where you are ! randy
I was the first person to leave him negative feedback because he tried to rip me off. When I bid and won, he had 2 positive feedbacks, but I shouldn't have bid anyway.
So here's how he ran the SCAM! After you win the item, he'll send you an email asking if you could pay to an "alternate" email address. I said NO because Paypal and Ebay would have no history of our transaction. I paid the email address he has on file with Ebay & Paypal and once I realized it was a scam i opened a dispute and got my money back in about a month.
The other people weren't so lucky... I even tried contacting the high bidder when I saw an auction was close to ending, but like someone mentioned here before the greed factor takes over. I feel really bad for the person that had their kid's birthday ruined because of this scum bag.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you send moeny to a random email address, that's same as using western union and you're SOL...

Another reason why sellers should be more scrutized by ebay before being allowed to sell
