Help with year/brand of Mantle sticker

What company produced this Mantle sticker? Not sure that it is a sticker but it feels like one. Any ideas?

    Heres some more info for you:

    This is a is a Mickey Mantle, 1956 Mac Boy Bat Rack Decal. These decals were made to be placed on a Bat Rack Made by Mac Boy. Because of the many ways people have gotten this Decal, I believe the decals that were not used for the Bat racks were distributed, and used for various promotions, such as when you bought a Bat or a glove at a sporting goods store you received a free decal. I even had heard from someone who had received a Decal given away free at a grand opening for a Mickey Mantle endorsed Batting Cage in the late 50's. Apparently there were more decals made than bat racks sold.
