I have these 3 panels featuring These 3 Artists....#1 Whistler..#2..Homer.. #3 Eakins.I should not say "I Have",they belong to a friend of mine.He is trying to find out the VALUE of them.His father left him with a Stamp Collection.He purchased them on 10/21/82.
.The price for the 3 Panels were $15.00.Can anyone come up with a figure?I would appreciate any advice you can throw my way.
