If I sent 100 cards in under the bulk heading...$6 a card, can I send Game-Used jersey cards or regular cards only? What are my restrictions to the 100-card bulk rules? I have 2 game-used base cards and 2 game-used jersey cards I would like to get graded. Thanks.
