    He tried to sell the jersey he was wearing when he caught the ball. No takers on his $100 opening bid. No takers on his hat, either.

    To me, this strikes of arrogance, and this little extra bit of greed could turn off those who might otherwise bid on the ball, lowering the final sale price.

    SO, HEY, DUMMY! IT'S THE BALL PEOPLE WANT, NOT YOU!

    they can have it,the guy tried to sell his shirt and hat???, thats funny!! why would anybody want them?
