Need info on this modern Israel coin

I was trying to find out the date for my 1 New Sheqel coin. It is almost identical to a 1988 but all the ones I've seen from '88 dont have a mint mark and mine has a "O" mint mark at the 4 o'clock position (see pics below). I need to know what year mine is and any info on the mintmark.

The date is on the other side.
The o is Ottawa's mintmark and looks like it was used in 1992 and 2000 on the regular issues.

Thanks Brad,

The date is foriegn so I couldn't read it. Now that I know the issue dates I can easily "decipher" it in comparison to some known dated coins w/ matching marks.
