Whats really bad is that this idiot can get another ebay id and do it all over again. Ebay needs to have a more restricted way of allowing people to sell. Any moron can get a credit card now and put it online, heck you can get them prepaid at Walgreens for about $25 now. People were doing that to fund online poker for a while.

If you can find where he lives heres what you do. Buy a gallon of Roundup Weed Killer (it works great on grass) and spray "I WANT MY MONEY BACK B$%CH" on his front lawn in big letters. A few years back, my aunt's dog bit someone, and they sued her in small claims. She was asked if she'd be willing to go on the Judge Judy show, but the plaintiff decided to drop the charges before anything could happen with that.
