Hard question to answer. These are the silver strikings of the gold coins that were issued at the coronation of the Holy Roman Emperor in Frankfurt. Many different sizes, because there were many different sizes of the gold ducats issued with each coronation. Some were also struck in copper. They were given out at the coronation to the guest and depending on your status, you got gold, silver or copper. They are listed in the Krause under Frankfurt patterns and usually rarity is determined by the size (larger is worth more) and the older the better. Throw out the Krause listed price, since I have no idea where they came from. They are also listed in the main Frankfurt work by Joseph and Fellner. I consider them off metal strikes of a legal tender gold coin FWIW.3Mark
