    My company, P.O.S. Authentication will do it for half that. Infact you will even get a P.O.S. Certificate with it!! image

    Looking at the guys feedback, he's sold a few of them... I wonder if he's works of PRO grading judging by his ebay ID.... hmmm!!!

    Well they should be able to tell if the card has been recolored
