Damage to cards at PSA

I recently submitted some cards for grading. I was sure that they would all be PSA8s with maybe a PSA 7 thrown in. I only submitted 6 cards. 2 of the cards, which also happened to be the 2 most valuable cards both had 4 very nice corners when i shipped them out. I packaged them very securely and everything. I then got my cards back in the mail and the 2 best cards were PSA6 with dinged bottom left corners. I find it odd that the same corner on both cards was dinged and it wasnt before i sent them in because if it was dinged i wouldnt have sent them in. Is there anything i can do about this, or am i just SOL? Also is it possible that cards get damaged at PSA while they are grading them. I mean these graders go thru thousands of cards, isnt it possible that they drop them every now and again?

If you have scans you can prove your case with, send them to the operations manager. Other than that you should just forget about it. I know that stinks but without proof.....

If you feel these were damaged at PSA you should contact customer service. 800-325-1121 for additional help.
How did you send them in? Toploaders? Cardsavers?
