Thanks for your vague question...
I'll take a stab.
If it is a legitimately rare card, whether graded or not, it may raise the value slightly. For example, if it were a 1933 Freddie Lindstrom, that would be very valuable...probably slightly more if there was a third-party attestation to the authenticity and un-altered nature of the card.
If it is a 1983 Fleer Porfio Altamarino card, probably not. No one on this board likely even remembers Porfio, and, if they did, they don't want his cards. So unless it there is some crazy 1983 Fleer graded set collector out there who hasn't found a sufficiently centered/strong cornered Porfio card to submit, again it likely will not raise its value.
Again -- you are way too vague. Is it the only card graded? Or the only card that has been graded to meet the grade that you got. Because that is a very different question.

In the meantime you have a 7. People who collect Pete Rose enough to have a master set are going to just get a nicer one raw and submit it themselves rather than settle for a 7. A 7 on a 1987 card isn't going to attract a lot of buyers.
If you list it on ebay as a pop 1 card you might catch a buyer but I wouldn't expect to get rich on it. Just my .02
