Pack price question

I havent done a show in a while and am thinking of doing one in a few weeks. I thought about picking up some unopened boxes to sell by the pack. To you guys who do this regularly, what is the standard markup on each pack?

For example: 1983 Topps at $130/box + a few bucks shipping say $140 total or rougly $3.80 per pack. What would be the selling price you would sell each pack for?

Depending on the show I might say 7.00 per pack and 3 for 20. Again it depends on the show.

So basically about a 40% mark up for packs? Just used 1983 as an example and not necessarily what I would have.

Well a $3.80 pack at $7 is more like 85% markup. I'd just try to be competitive. I've seen 83 Topps at $10 a pack and people were paying for it. Try searching for single packs sold on eBay maybe?
