1946 Joe Dimaggio Signed First Edition "Lucky To Be A Yankee" Book PSA/DNA

I have a PSA/DNA Authenticated 1946 First Edition Publishing of the First Book Authored By Joe Dimaggio, Which Is Also Hand Signed By Joe Dimaggio As Such: "Best Wishes Joe Dimaggio". The Hand Autographed Words Are Penned Largely And Extremely Clear On The Center Of The Third Page Which Scrolls Perfectly Across His Full Page Yankee Uniformed Photograph.
This is a 1/1 to my knowledge as their are copies which are from 1947 and 1948 which have been auctioned over the last 2 years at Sotheby's and Bauman Rare Books In NY.
However, the publisher is different as the original publishing company was purchased in 1946 and very few copies of their original are believed to be held.
The signature is beautiful and the book is in incredible condition.
As a bonus I have two copies of the book one hardcover, one softcover with both copies together taking nearly 5 years to collect.
Heritage, Sothebys, Bauman Rare Books and other auction houses have inquired about selling this for me but all want far to much to take from our pockets.
Here is a chance to get a one of a kind Dimaggio collectible and cut the middle men out of the picture.
