rotting?

What should I do about these? I should have taken the plastic off so you can see the big finger print on the 5 kopek. Should I just take them out of that holder? I just got them. They were rotting in a friends drawer for years, They had no intrest so they gave them to me. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    The copper coins appear to be about done for, but the others look OK. I'd take them all out of the holder and put them in 2X2's.

    Sad.

    There is undoubtedly permanent damage under the PVC on the coppers. image

    I liked that set..
    Shame the coppers got damaged..
    Try to take only the coppers out of the set..
