1950 France 20 Francs 4 Tail Plume variety Xf-40 (KM#916.1)

I picked up a 1950 France 20 Franc coin that has the variety with the 4 tail plumes (not typical 3) It listed as a better variety in the World Coin book under KM #916.1 with a catalog value of around 140.00. It cam in raw with a group of foreign coins and I happen to notice it. I submitted it to PCI becuase it was inexpensive way to get it attributed. The coin is a nice original XF and would holder at any service.
I am not a Foreign coin dealer and would like some information on where to sell it at and what is a real value to be expected??

Pictures can be deceiving, but that sure looks like a 3 Plume to me.....

yeah especially with a PCI holder, they mislabel many things.
I think they just put what you write whether it's right or not.

Its not, its a 4, I had it side by side with the normal version its clearly not a 3. A little wear in this area makes it hard to see in the photo/
