How do you report jerks like this?

What is the issue exactly, saying that it should grade a 7 or an 8?? Or is there something wrong with the card??

Nothing, now.

The seller changed the heading - it had mentioned PSA and GAI, and the card is obviously neither of those.

Case closed.
