HELP! in resize a photo to use as icon to 100x100 pix

Thank you in advance for anyone that can help me. I have tried every mode I can on my camara and computer software to resize a picture of one of my coins to submit to PCGS to use as my icon photo. If you can help, tytyty. I can send photo via email, for resizing. Thier requirements are 100 pix by 100 pix and not more than 10 KB in size.
