Excel spreadsheets and the PSA Population Reports

Howdy Ya'll!

Is there a easy and clean way to update my Excel spreadsheet with the latest population report information?
My assumption is it would be done via VBA or other macros/scripts and it would need to have login/authentication capablities.

Any help would be appreciated.
