The guy made the transaction GOOD that I called a LIAR!

He just sent me a paypal payment, so, for now, he has made his account up-to-date
although well over two weeks late with payment. I will mail his card, but, I would
still caution to proceed with care if you come across this person.

Thanks to all for listening, but this has been a VERY BIG HASSLE.

    Wait a minute - if he had a paypal account, why did he mail a check in the first place??? Seems like he knew he was sending a bad check and was just hoping you'd mail it. Make sure you use signature confirmation along with insurance, btw, since it's a transaction over $250.
