Ok, well atleast it was a plausible guess.
66 is still a super grade for the coin. It looks like a strong 66 IMO

If it is on the coin as it appears to be, would/could this be the copper reacting that is mixed in with the gold?

Nice job.
There's no black "crap" on the wing. That's Heritage's camera.....just wait until Mike Printz gets hold of this one. It will photo beautifully. It's all satiny and rose colored.
When I scored my MS65 from Steve Duckor I thought that was the biggest coin I would get. Heritage has never sold an MS65, and I think they have only had one MS64! This is still hard to believe.
Oh do I love buying when stuff is on sale.
