Does anyone else?

Not get any help from PSA's customer service when they call in. I called about my June Special submission last week. First the guy said there was no record of it. Then he said it is in grading process, which I already knew from my over a month old email I received. Last he was incredibly rude. Is this standard practice or did I just get some guy having a bad day?

Not quite sure I get you. You already knew your order was logged and being processed. Why are you calling?

Emailing is the way to go. Speaking with people frustrates me.

just to see if there were any issues. I knew of several other submissions that were shipped after mine where the guys had gotten grades and cards back already.

Emailing is definitely the way to go, they usually get back to you within a day.

Although something tells me if I were still a waiter at a restaurant, I would not want you in my section.

Yeah, I can understand checking on any issues. But dont ever expect yours to pop because of many others popping. Depends on what you sent, any possible specialty graders, and just when they get to yours. It took them almost 2 weeks just to log my order after mailing it to them via Priority Mail. My order hasnt popped and dont expect it to even though I still check 20x a day just to see if I get lucky.

yeah probably so. Just a little antsy about this submission as I have a few key cards for a set I am working on submitted.

EASY on the new guy! PSA does NOT have a "Fifo" (first in first out) policy. Some orders are done in one day, others done in a few months. Our best guess is that submissions that have similar items, all one year or all topps, are process first. Orders with Vintage cards, a random assortment of years, odd ball cards, and others may take substantially longer. I had a submission pop in ONE DAY...see my sig line. I was told it would be a Guarantee of 8 weeks. image
