To all the PSA Set Registry members,
Now that my brain is working again after the busy show...
I just want to thank those of you who made the trip to Cleveland to support our luncheon at the National Convention. It is always a lot of fun for me to meet new members and visit with old ones at the show. The Set Registry has become such a big part of PSA and the bottom line is that it would be nothing without the support of its members.
From everyone here at PSA, thank you for supporting the event and the program over the years. We hope to enhance your experience in the coming months and year.
The show was incredibly strong for PSA, the strongest we have seen in years and PSA/DNA set a record for on-site autograph authentication as well.
Take care,
Joe Orlando

I did make a point of coming over to the PSA booth and personally thank you for the PSA luncheon. ( even though you thought I was there to complain about my grades.)

Thank You for lunch. PSA is a class act. The set registry girls are the best and customer service Nicki and Jessica are great.
You made even the small collectors feel important.
