I don't get these f'n 6's. Overall, I don't know what I think. Disappointed in the 4-6's and the 2-7's. Apparently my eyes arent' what they once were. I've had 3 subs out of the last 6 or 7 that had a bunch of 6's. I think I'm getting the same f'n grader each time. The last couple 6's I cracked and resubbed came back 8's and 9's. A little money down the toilet...hopefully my review sub and my vintage fb sub will pop soon.

This needs to be brought to Joe's attention. My last batch consisted of about 15-20 PSA 6's and 7's on modern stuff and I only sumitted PSA 10 looking stuff. I got a huge amount of PSA 10's so I just let it go but your right, we shouldn't be pissing money down the drain because somebody can't grade properly. My last batch of 500 or so was all graded correctly so I'm sure it's just one inempt guy down there that needs retraining.

It's getting to the point where it's become throwing darts at a dartboard with the modern stuff. Can someone show me the difference between a PSA 10 AP Leroy Butler and a PSA 8? Or what could possibly downgrade an otherwise mint looking 1995 Collector's choice card to a 6? We all know a surface wrinkle automatically makes it a 5 so it can't be that.

Or why it's damn near impossible to get a 10 on a 1989 Topps Traded Tasker or Lloyd, yet Aikman's and Sanders' are being given 10s like a stripper giving a great lapdance. Or how about why there are hundreds of 93 Finest refractors that are centered 60/40 or worse in PSA 10 slabs?

Anything Joe or anybody else at PSA receives from us will come off looking like we're complaining about grades, which is something they don't even listen to. I'm not sure how we could get it through to them that their modern grading is ridiculously inconsistent.

I hear ya Lee. I recently sent in 10 Shannon Sharpe A.P. rookies - the best 10 I had out of a total of 41. I selected well-centered cards that were free of surface defects, and I got eight 8's, one 9 and a 6.
