Topps redemtion

Last year I sent in a redemption card to Topps. It was for a 2005 Topps all sta rookies. It is for a card numbered to 10. A month later I received back card number 1/10. I bought a redemption for the exact same card this year. I sent it in quite a while ago. Still nothing.

So what takes them so long to fulfill the redemption. I know they have the card on hand.

Edited to add I can't seem to spell "redemption" correctly today.

Call them. They are very good with redemptions, and you can actually talk to helpful people on the phone there. Unlike Upper Deck, where you have no shot of any real help with redemptions, and waits of up to a year or more are par for the course.

I don't have the number handy, but check Topps website for it.
