Hi, I recently recieved an old coin collection and found one coin I was unavilable to discover when and where it was from. Can anyone help me discover what it is?

    It is a replica of an old Spanish 8-escudo "doubloon".

    This is an 1736 8 Escudo form the Lima mint. I would have to see the coin in person to tell if it is genuine. The picture is too bad to tell if it is real or not. The coin should be made of gold and should weigh 27g. If it is not gold or very light weight it is not genuine.
