It's always a joy to get a $300 card in a plain paper envelope

At least it was in a top loader and had a very thin piece of cardboard on each side. Luckily it was OK.

I sell cards with a dollar shipping- sleeve/toploader/team bag but that is only for low dollar cards. Why would someone pay 3 shipping on a dollar card? I agree some sellers are dumb, my pet peeve is tape- why ruin a toploader when a team bag is a penny?

Is that a Priest album cover? Anyway, I too will send a single common or two in a standard envelope, but definitely not a card like this.

I bought a 1952 bowman Carl Furillo from a guy from NJ (I live in CA). The idiot sends me the card in a top loader, AND DOESN'T TAPE THE TOP SEALED! As you might have guessed, the card slid out in transit, and got creased right across the middle of the card. On top of everything, he refused to refund my money, saying that it was a fluke that the card slipped out, and furthermore, most of his customers like not having the opening taped up. The moron concluded by saying if I negged him, he woud retaliate with his own neg. It will be my good fortune if I never deal with him again.
