I have been stunned by how fortunate I have been on my recent PCGS IHC circ. key grades. Everything I thought was VF30-35 has been coming back 40-45. Yours looks just like my 40s . . . through the ribbon, the lower hair curl, etc.

    I'd go XF40 in PCGS. Nice key date . . .

XF40 is close but I think that cut on the cheek hurts it a bit though.

did you check it for the over date? or should I say repunched date.

    Unfortunately no overdate.

The entire obverse (except the date) is slightly doubled, but doesn't this happen often with IHC?

and yes, there is a slight 'cut' mark on the cheek.

Tough to find these fully struck. I see nice feather detail and although there doesn't appear to be complete separation of the ribbon from the lower hair curl (tough to tell from the image) I'd still give it an EF40 as well. While the mark on the cheek is a bit distracting, I'd still purchase it if the price is reflective of this.

XF40 details, rim damage at 6:00 on the reverse.
