lol. no. Star Wars Snowtrooper. But I do have a shirt with a pic of one on the back. Just the head part and I think it kinda looks like one as well.

My wife says Im paranoid. Well I was at the fair once and lets say a few others thought what I was thinking. Dont wear the shirt too much anymore.

The $20K question was a ploy and the $10,099.999999999999999 is a classic shill bid. This card was sold -to the seller.

Looking at his completed items sold, he doesn't not appear to have cashed in on simply having the item up for sale. He certainly didn't gain anywhere near $10,000 in additional bids. Any dealer will tell you cash rules. This guy either left a lot on the table or is unsavory.

Who authenticates the auto before it gets made into a card?

And when the card gets slabbed, is the auto RE-authenticated?

Depending on who authenticates them the first time around, there could be a whole slew of autos like this out there that are forgeries but backed by TWO major companies?

It could be a forgery that gets slabbed. When the card is sent to be graded, it's the card that is authenticated not the auto insert. You have to indicate DNA to have the signature authenticated. Shiny crap is so complicated for us old curmudgeons.

Think how much that card will be worth once Teresa becomes a saint. $10K will prove to be quite a bargain.
