How do I remove a set from the registry when I am no longer a member?

I am no longer the owner of my one and only set on the registry. I am also no longer a member of PSA ( I let it lapse, at least for now). The new owner of the set is asking me to remove it from the registry so they can put it on under their name. How can I remove it when I can't log on? Does PSA themselves have to do it? Should I just contact them?

you don't have to be a PSA member to participate in the registry. You can still log on and edit (or retire) your set.
Cosetta and BJ are at the ANA show in Milwaukee, so you probably won't be able to contact them this week.

ANA is the National for coins and currency.

so BJ runs both registry's. Maybe thats why its such a slow process to have sets and cards added.

Coins, cards, stamps, and currency. It's amazing they get as much done as they do.
I've found if you can submit a spreadsheet with the cards listed and suggested weighting (based on value in PSA 8, whether or not the card exists in that grade) it speeds up the process considerably.

that helps for sets. but spreadsheets dont work for additions to player sets.
