How high will this thing go? What would you do with 20K?

Personally, I would take that $20,200, put it into a good mutual
fund for 30 years or so, with an average return of 7%-10%, and
be all that closer to retirement. That's just me though. YIKES!!!

He bought the card when it was hyped up though didn't he. Its not like he is just getting $20K without investing anything in the card.

Not to upset any of our modern collectors but I can think of a number of Pre-War cards I would love to have instead of this A-Rod card at $21,000.

Anyone spending $21k on a card probably already has a nice retirement set up. I however, am not one of those people.

Gee, my wife and I have about $20k of combined school loans between us. It's amazing that someone would just have that much in play money to blow on a single MODERN card! Guess that's life on the other side of the tracks for ya!
