New here, help me identify?

Hi, I am new here. I recently came into coin collecting. I found this in a big enveolpe full of coins, from everywere! I have identified all of them, except this little guy. I don't think it is a coin, but I would love to know what it says. I would appreciate any help I can get image

I hope I attached them properly. image

It looks like some sort of Iranian token, probably issued for a holiday.
I do not know enough Persian and the image could be a bit sharper. However, the obverse may contain the Persian (or maybe Arabic) for blessing.

    A Nu Ruz token, perhaps?

Naw Ruz = "New Year", by the way.

If the above theory is correct that this piece has something to do with Naw Ruz.

I have no idea, but what harasha said sounds plausible enough to me?
