Probably the 1998 Silver Maple Leaf with RCM privy mark for the 90th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Mint. It is actually the Royal Canadian Mint logo. Here's a Wikipedia link to Silver Maple Leaf Coins info including some listed privy marks ===> clickable link

Beginning in 1998 the Royal Canadian Mint started a special issue of the $5.00 - 1 oz. silver Maple Leafs. Privy marks were added to the reverses, commemorating special events for each year. >>
For 1998 there are four varieties.
1998 Titanic==Dillon-Gage
1998 Tiger==MTB Bank
1998 R.C.M.P.==Post Office
1908-1998 Anniv.==R.C.M.
Yours is the last on that list, it should come in a Mylar pouch, 13,025 were issued the least of that year.
In MS-65 it is $25 Canadian Dollars.
