Saturday at the National

Who was there on Saturday?? Have a question about Levi, I have only seen one picture of him and it was a small one at that. Did anyone see him on Saturday at the show?? Was he the guy wearing the Poisned t-shirt?? Had a good time there, though I did not spend the whole day there, I was out to just get some low grade T206s and look at what people brought, but did not have to stop at every table. I can not believe that Virgil guy from the WWE was there with his table, I wonder if he sells any autographed photos, it is not like he was even a main character in the WWF. Any way had a nice chat with Kit Young about the T206s and pricing at the show for them. I knew going in this was not going to be the place for bargains. Though the $3.50 for the hotdog and $4.00 for the pop was a little excessive.

Levi was the guy in the stupid white top hat.

Levi actually shocked me with a price on a 52 PSA 8 oc Jackie Robinson that was actually decent. Nice to meet you there Nam

I was bummed that I did not get to meet any fellow board members, though I am terrible at remembering faces. Levi with the tophat, that must have been him then. I was at a different table looking at some cards and he asked me to take a picture of him with two other guys yesterday. I had just seen Poison on Tuesday, so I asked about seeing them. Did not realize at that time that it was him.

When I saw him Thursday, he was wearing a Ratt t-shirt and his top hat. He was very excited to be having his picture taken with a guy who was a dead ringer for Brett Hull. Maybe he was still on that high, because he was very friendly and talkative the entire time I was there. And I was around his table for quite a while. His stuff amazed me. I had to leave before I started drooling on his table. One showcase had about three dozen 1957 Topps checklists. I didn't see that many in the rest of the entire show.
Collector of 1976 Topps baseball for some stupid reason.
Collector of Pittsburgh Pirates cards for a slightly less stupid reason.
