1952 Peru 100 Soles, Latin Rarity Regraded

I purchased a Latin American rarity that was already broken out of a PCGS Old Green Holder MS-63, as the seller was unhappy with the 63 grade...
To me it looked 64 with a shot at 65. It needed to be put back into a holder...So,,,
I sent it to ICG and they graded it 62 as pictured below. I kept it in that holder for more than a year, but MS-62,, YGBKM.
Finally last month, I cracked it out and sent it to NGC, and it's now in a 64 holder (and still looks PQ to me). In all honesty, I don't think the grade really matters on something like this - it just didn't look right as a 62 sitting in an ICG holder...and the holder started to pick up light scuff marks on the plastic.
It apparently isn't a Proof, but it sure has Mirrored fields...DMPL?
It is larger than an ounce of silver. Anyone have current Krause catalog for a price check?

<< <i>Stunning coin. How the heck did ICG only give it a 62? NGC's grade looks more fitting. >>
I was so Shocked when I got it back from ICG.
I truly think it's just a PQ 64.

I think people are discovering that on classic and Darkside material, ICG is *STRICT*... they may in fact deserve the reputation they have when it comes to modern U.S. above MS65, but on other material I find them to be as strict as or slightly more strict than PCGS, and WAAAAAAY more strict than NGC.
