1955 baseball size

Can anyone give me the size that a 1955 topps baseball card should be. Or range it should fall into. My jackass business partner sends me a scan of a clemente rookie he bought and this thing just doesn't look right to me.

55 Topps should be 3-3/4" x 2-5/8".
